STEP 1:

Download hospital1.bak file from the below link:

STEP 2:

Open SQL Server Management Studio 2005/2008.

STEP 3:

Right click on the database(on the left pane)

Restore Database
--->>>
select "From device" (radio button)
--->>>>
then browse for the files("..." button)
--->>>
add
--->>>
select the vijay_hospital1.bak file and giv ok
--->>>
check the Restore backup option(check box)
--->>
then on the top
choose "to database" option to hospital1(combo box)
--->>>
ok
-->>>thts it
